This guide explains how to change your client-area password in the Gigatech client area.

Before you begin

Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Open your profile menu and select Change Password or Security Settings.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter and confirm a strong new password.
  5. Save the change and update the password in your password manager.

Need help?

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
