This guide explains how to unsubscribe from marketing newsletters in the Gigatech client area.
Before you begin
Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.
Steps
- Log in to the client area.
- Open your profile or communication-preferences page.
- Disable marketing or newsletter emails while keeping essential service and billing emails enabled.
- Save the preference.
- You can also use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email when provided.
Need help?
Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
