This guide explains how to manage a Linux cloud VPS from the client area in the Gigatech client area.
Before you begin
Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.
Steps
- Log in to the client area.
- Open Services and select the VPS service.
- Use the available management panel to view status and connection information.
- Use supported actions such as start, stop, reboot, console access, reinstall, or password management only when displayed for your service.
- Confirm potentially destructive actions before continuing.

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
