This guide explains how to renew a domain for additional years in the Gigatech client area.

Before you begin

Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Open Domains and select Renew Domains.
  3. Select the domain and the available renewal period.
  4. Add the renewal to the cart.
  5. Review the order and complete payment.
  6. Confirm the new expiry date after the registrar has processed the renewal.

Need help?

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
