This guide explains how to view emails sent by Gigatech in the Gigatech client area.

Before you begin

Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Open your profile menu.
  3. Select Email History.
  4. Choose a message to view its subject, date, and contents.
  5. Use this page to retrieve service details, invoice notices, and support correspondence previously sent to your account.

Need help?

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
