This guide explains how to order additional services from the client area in the Gigatech client area.
Before you begin
Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.
Steps
- Log in to the client area.
- Select Services and choose Order New Services, or click Store.
- Choose the required product or service.
- Configure the available options and review the billing cycle.
- Continue to checkout, accept the applicable terms, and complete payment.
Need help?
Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
