This guide explains how to check notifications in the client area in the Gigatech client area.
Before you begin
Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.
Steps
- Log in to the client area.
- Select the notification or bell icon in the top navigation.
- Open a notification to read its full details.
- Follow any action requested in the message, such as paying an invoice or verifying account information.
Need help?
Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
