This guide explains how to view your services and hosting packages in the Gigatech client area.

Before you begin

Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Select Services and then My Services.
  3. Use the status filter when necessary.
  4. Click a service to view its product name, billing cycle, renewal date, amount, and management actions.

Need help?

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
