This guide explains how to retrieve a domain EPP or authorization code in the Gigatech client area.

Before you begin

Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Open Domains and select My Domains.
  3. Choose the domain to transfer.
  4. Open Get EPP Code, Authorization Code, or the equivalent registrar action.
  5. Copy the code or check the registrant email inbox if the code is sent by email.
  6. Keep the code confidential and provide it only to the receiving registrar.

Need help?

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
