This guide explains how to change a domain's nameservers in the Gigatech client area.

Before you begin

Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Open Domains and select My Domains.
  3. Choose the domain and click Nameservers.
  4. Select the default Gigatech nameservers or enter custom nameservers.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Allow time for DNS propagation after the update.

Need help?

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
