cPanel error logs can help identify PHP, application, permission, and missing-file problems.

Before you begin

Log in to the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl, open the relevant hosting service, and use the cPanel login action. cPanel labels can differ slightly by theme, version, and hosting configuration.

Steps

  1. Reproduce the problem and note the exact time, URL, and action.
  2. Open cPanel and select Errors, or open the domain’s error_log file in File Manager when available.
  3. Review the newest entries around the recorded time.
  4. Identify the file path, line number, error type, and repeated pattern.
  5. Correct only the underlying issue you understand, then test again.
  6. Provide a short relevant excerpt to Gigatech support when assistance is required.

Important notes

  • Logs can contain file paths, usernames, IP addresses, and application details; share them only through a secure support channel.
  • An error-log message is evidence, not always the root cause.

Need help?

Open a Gigatech support ticket and include the domain, the exact action, the time of the issue, and any safe error message. Never send passwords, private keys, full database exports, or authentication secrets in a ticket.
