This guide explains how to reset a forgotten client-area password in the Gigatech client area.

Before you begin

Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Open the Gigatech client-area login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your user account.
  4. Open the password-reset email and follow its secure link.
  5. Set a new strong password.
  6. If no message arrives, check spam and confirm that you entered the correct account email address.

Need help?

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
