Webmail lets you read and send mailbox messages in a browser without configuring a mail application.
Before you begin
Log in to the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl, open the relevant hosting service, and use the cPanel login action. cPanel labels can differ slightly by theme, version, and hosting configuration.
Steps
- Open cPanel and select Email Accounts.
- Locate the mailbox and click Check Email.
- Choose the available webmail application, commonly Roundcube.
- Set the application as the default when desired.
- Sign out of webmail and cPanel when using a shared computer.
Important notes
- You can often access webmail directly through a webmail URL, but the cPanel route avoids guessing the correct address.
- Webmail displays messages stored on the server; local-only messages in a POP application may not appear.
Need help?
Open a Gigatech support ticket and include the domain, the exact action, the time of the issue, and any safe error message. Never send passwords, private keys, full database exports, or authentication secrets in a ticket.
