This guide explains how to update billing and contact information in the Gigatech client area.
Before you begin
Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.
Steps
- Log in to the client area.
- Open your profile menu and select Account Details or Edit Account Details.
- Update your name, company, address, telephone number, or other permitted fields.
- Review the country and tax-related information carefully.
- Save the changes.
Need help?
Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
