This guide explains how to add and authorize a new user in the Gigatech client area.

Before you begin

Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to the client area as an account owner or authorized user.
  2. Open User Management.
  3. Click Invite New User.
  4. Enter the user's email address.
  5. Choose All Permissions or select only the permissions the user requires.
  6. Send the invitation. The recipient must accept it before access is active.

Need help?

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
