Before you begin
Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.
Steps
- Log in to the client area.
- Open Services and select the shared hosting service.
- Review the service details and available shortcuts.
- Use the cPanel login shortcut for control-panel tasks.
- Use the other actions to manage upgrades, addons, billing, or cancellation when available.
Need help?
Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
