This guide explains how to pay an unpaid invoice in the Gigatech client area.

Before you begin

Open the secure Gigatech client area at https://portal.gigatech.nl. Menu names can vary slightly depending on your service and hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Open Billing and select My Invoices.
  3. Click the unpaid invoice.
  4. Review the invoice items and select an available payment method.
  5. Click Pay Now and complete the payment process.
  6. Return to the invoice to confirm that the status has updated.

Need help?

Open a support ticket from the Gigatech client area and include the affected service or domain name. Never send passwords, complete payment-card details, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes.
